Steps from fabulous restaurants, Town Hall and of course, the pool and beach, the Sip N' Sea is perfectly located. Guests enjoy amazing sunsets and fantastic ocean views as they relax on either of the spacious decks - one on the main level and a great deck upstairs. Imagine watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee in the morning, or the sunset with a glass of wine at night. Or just sit on deck upstairs and take in an evening concert down at the park.

With room to sleep nine, the Sip N' Sea is perfect for families. Relax in the primary suite downstairs, or if you prefer, select the upstairs primary suite. Each has a comfortable King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The kids will enjoy the upstairs bunk room, which accommodates three. A pullout in the upstairs media room comfortably sleeps two more.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal - all you need are the groceries. If grilling is more your style, there is a BBQ on the deck just begging to be put to work. Once the meal is prepared, eight comfortably fit at the dining room table and there is room for another three at the breakfast bar. If eating outdoors is more your style, there is a table for (at least) four waiting for you. After dinner, how about making S’Mores at the fire pit and a night cap?

    We loved how central the location was to everything there is to do in Seabrook. It was big enough for our family of seven plus our dog to fit comfortably.

    This place was very comfortable for our two families + one dog to stay. It felt like we each could have a portion of the house so naps etc could happen without disturbing each other. It felt spacious and easy to spend time together there and there were many places in the house we could all gather comfortably ( upstairs porch woohoo!) We felt safe with kids + the dog being in the fenced yard and the location was very convenient. An easy walk to the playground and we especially loved the Gnome Trail. We would gladly go back and explore more!

    Seabrook & the Sip & Sea Cottage were wonderful. The Cottage is perfectly located, close walk to shops, restaurants, beach and trails. The Sip & Sea is comfortable and well stocked, we had everything we needed. Seabrook was easy to communicate with, quick responses, very friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back for another visit soon.

    This was our first trip to Seabrook on a recommendation from a friend. We loved the community and all the activities in town. They sent a text out each day letting us know what events/activities were available each day. The check in and housekeeping staff was super helpful. The listing has a crib and high chair shown as an amenity in the home, but they weren’t in the home when we checked in. I called the front desk and they were delivered in less than 10 minutes! The home was clean and we enjoyed watching the sunsets in the upper balcony looking out at the ocean!
