Welcome to A Shore Thing at Seabrook! This two bedroom, one-and-a-half bath, garden cottage sleeps four guests and is perfect for a family getaway or a friend`s retreat to the beach.

The full interior of the home has been repainted, and the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms have undergone an update, leaving the house with a new refreshed look. A Shore Thing is just steps away from Seabrook’s most prominent green, Crescent Park. Crescent Park boasts two community fire pits stocked with wood, two full sized Shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, and a kid`s play set. In the summertime, volleyball and badminton nets are set up in the park as well.

Stepping inside the home you will be greeted by a very warm and comforting beach theme. One peek and you will realize why this beautiful home is A Shore Thing.

First Floor:

    Great place for my family of 3, has all the necessities, everything around is walkable and there is a ton to do around town. We liked this was an end lot. Would stay again!

    The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The house is small which we knew. The listing said it had a private hot tub. There was a hot tub, but it was locked and we were told it wasn’t usable for the last 8 months even though it was cycling regularly. The only thing Seabrook said was “oh, sorry. We removed it from the listing.” It was still listed on Vrbo. Seabrook property management has yet to reach out to us about this. This was one of the reasons we booked this house. We were really disappointed. Seabrook is a very pretty community but very cramped and busy.

    We could not say enough good things about the Seabrook the management company. The front office person, Cheryl, was so amazingly kind! The management company was very responsive and kind. We originally rented this house because of the hot tub, but to out disappointment, it was out of order. The management company was gracious and accommodating, but would have been nice to know up front. We would absolutely stay at Seabrook again, but likely not at this particularly house again. We did wish the house had beach towels for use and the out door shower to rinse off was slightly broken and spraying everywhere. Other than those minor details about the house, we did love the management company and the location. It was a great weekend!
