Welcome to RoShamBo – a dog- and kid-friendly home with everything you need to relax and enjoy all that Seabrook has to offer. Situated near the bluff entrance in the heart of Seabrook, we offer a wall full of west-facing windows to enjoy expansive ocean and sunset views. We have the best of all worlds here at RoShamBo – gorgeous ocean views, just a short walk to the beach, and the convenience of being on the town side near all the amenities. You can even take in a summer concert in Sunset Amphitheater right from the porch.

RoShamBo is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for an unforgettable beach vacation. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it accommodates up to 16 guests. The main floor is open and spacious with high ceilings. It offers comfortable couches, a 55” 4K Smart TV with Roku and HD cable, a large kitchen with seating, and a cozy dining area. To ensure access for the entire family, we’ve equipped the downstairs area with several accessibility features, including a roll-in shower, a ramped entrance, and wider doorways. The downstairs queen bed height is also convenient for those in a wheelchair. Please note that the Accessible bathroom does not have grab bars near the toilet or the shower.

On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms and a media room. The primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, a dual-head shower, and an amazing ocean view. The other king bedroom features a connected full bathroom and large west-facing windows, perfect for morning beach gazing. Rounding out the bedrooms on the second floor is a queen bedroom. The media room on this floor boasts a 65” 4K Smart TV with Roku, HD cable, Xbox One with three controllers, DVD player, DVDs, books, board games, and a sofa bed.

The third floor is for the young and young at heart. It has four sets of bunks that sleep eight. There is a massive playroom to provide the kiddos a private place to build, play, or just relax. The third floor has a full bath with a large trough sink and multiple faucets. This floor also has an elevated view of the beach and amphitheater. The kids will love watching the flags waving in the wind at night!

We are a dog-friendly home (maximum two) with a fenced yard, dog beds, water bowls, and dog towels to welcome your furry kids. We also have two gates that can be used to corral furry and human kids alike.

Uninterrupted Comfort: RoShamBo features an automatic whole-house power backup generator, guaranteeing your lights, heat, and Wi-Fi stay on, no matter the weather. Perfect peace of mind during winter storms or spring showers at the beach.

    House is well equipped, beautiful, comfortable and in a great location within Seabrook. Perfect for large group or family. Wish there was winter outdoor seating on the porch so snuggle up and watch the sunset but no other complaints at all. Would love to stay there again.

    House had an amazing view and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location cannot be beat. I would like to see the deck outfitted a little better. More chairs or a table to eat outside would be great. Also if the weather is not great, like our first day and half, it is pretty cold out on the deck. A space heater or a fire pit table would be perfect. All in all a very nice stay.

    Absolutely loved our stay at the RoShamBo rental home in Seabrook, WA! Our family vacation of 13, including both kids and adults, was perfectly accommodated. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The kids had a blast with the dedicated playroom, complete with games and activities, and they loved the eight bunk beds. Having a bathroom just for the kids was incredibly convenient. The adults enjoyed the comfortable living areas and well-appointed kitchen. The location is ideal, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. RoShamBo truly made our family vacation memorable, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

    Our stay was absolutely great, a good amount of offerings for a small town and looks like they are still building more. I would like to see a few more places to eat out. Our stay at RoShamBo was great as well, perfect house for a large group, great location, having a deck that looks out to the ocean was great, place was clean, well thought out, the 3rd floor kids area was a gem with 8 bunks, playroom and a huge bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with all the normal stuff although they need a new griddle. Our only criticisms of the house would be that we could not get any of the bedroom split units to function, the only one that worked was in the living room. The pillows in the master bedroom were terrible, "balloon like", would recommend to bring your own if you want a good night sleep. Overall everything was great and we will most likely rent this place again in the future.

    We had a dozen friends stay here over a long weekend, and the house was amazing. Comfortable accommodations, well-appointed living spaces, a kitchen with everything you need to cook excellent meals, plus the environs are exceptional.
