The adjoining dining room features a large, cheerful dining table (seats 8 to 11!) with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials (appliances, cookware and utensils galore!) for the chef in the group to enjoy! A full size laundry room and powder room are also on the main floor. High chair is also available for infants. The 2nd floor (sleeps 6) features 3 bedrooms, all outfitted with top of the line Beautyrest plush pillow top mattresses and luxurious bedding to ensure a restful slumber. It’s like sleeping on a cloud! Indulge yourself in the spacious Master Suite, with a romantic king canopy bed, private bath, soaking tub, shower and walk-in closet. Start your morning with coffee on the private master ocean view balcony as you watch the crashing waves. The other two guest rooms, each with a queen bed, share a full bathroom and are both extremely private and serene with woods/forest views. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and all bedrooms have alarm clocks, dressers, closets and plush terry robes of all sizes for our guests. The 3rd floor (sleeps 2+) is the place to be to stretch out, take in more sweeping ocean views and have some fun! Watch a Blu-Ray or stream Netflix on the 55” big screen smart TV, play a game on Xbox 360 or Xbox One (vast collection of movies and games to choose from), or sprawl out and read a book from the library on the large comfortable sectional sofa. Have a game of cards at the game table, play a board game, and watch the sunset or storms roll in over the Pacific out the large picture window with a glass of wine. Little ones will love our “kid’s corner” featuring a chalk board, play kitchen, craft table, toys, games and stuffed animals. Two twin storage beds and a full bath round things out upstairs. Need more space? The carriage house (sleeps 4) is uniquely located on the main level, just a few steps across the back deck. There you’ll find another queen plush pillow-top bed, a super fun storage bunk bed for the kids, full bath, 40” smart TV w/ Blu-ray DVD player, cable, movies, books and a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). A large 2-car garage below allows for additional parking. Outdoor Activities. Enjoy ocean and woodland views on the front patio or retreat to the large back yard and deck equipped with a gas grill BBQ, patio furniture, beach toys, outdoor shower and a brand new, relaxing 7-person hot tub! The property is fully-fenced, serene and very private. Head to the garage to find six bicycles to fit the while family. Or play a game of ping pong on the foldable, full size table.
