Laundry is located in the lower full bath with washer and dryer. The main floor is bright and cozy, offering a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, XBOX, dining table that seats six and powder bath. The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counters and white cottage cabinets are fully equipped with everything needed from a light meal to a gourmet feast.
