Relax in this brand-new Orchard Cottage located in the heart of the Farm District. This is a perfect place to combine the excitement of the beach and the peacefulness of the farm all in one getaway. Seabrook’s downtown and sandy beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away, which you will be sure to enjoy as you take in everything the community has to offer.

Heart Song is a great place to spend with family and friends. Unwind on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the orchard trees grow while you take in the beautiful views of Horseshoe Park and Windgate Barn. Once inside you will find a cozy, yet spacious cabin with a great room, loft, bedroom and bathroom. Get creative in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table for four - or relax and have a glass of wine while sitting on the sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace. Just down the hall you will find the back-entryway that leads to your very own parking space, bathroom, and the main floor bedroom. That’s not all, you can also climb up the ladder and experience loft style sleeping in the twin beds.

    The place had a nice layout and beds were comfortable The heater was not working in the main living area and it was very cold and uncomfortable for most of our stay. A maintenance person came and looked at it, but it didn’t improve things. I ended up just asking for more blankets so it was a little more comfortable to sleep at night. Also the WiFi was very poor during our stay as well. The house itself could have been very lovely had these things been remedied.

    The cottage is a beautiful property surrounded by nature and trails. Seabrook is a boutique city with some amazing restaurants, nature trails, and beaches. It's a small place. Some may find that there is not much to do. We like it that way. Please be mindful that you will need to sign a rental agreement for your stay outside of Airbnb. However, the property management made it super simple to get that done. We had an amazing stay. Recommend.

    The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, it was missing basic kitchen supplies such as a pancake turner, spatula, whisk, and the pans were in very poor condition (Teflon flaking off). They did bring us other pans, but they were very small. The barbecue grill is also in poor working condition and didn't ignite on the left side. It was difficult to cook our own food with the items that were provided. On a positive note, the location is beautiful. It was peaceful and we enjoyed walking on all of the trails in the community.

    I like the fact that I felt very safe. Everyone there was very friendly and there seemed to be so much to do for kids. I love the beach and sunsets are forever my thing!!!

    Liked being near the horses and garden. Great biking for kids, want to return with grandkids. Quiet and serene. It would be wonderful if a bank of electric chargers could be added there, so people charging cars don't have to walk back to city center. Also with respect to Seabrook as a whole...we love it. Could use more and better restaurants.

    Heart Song was a pleasant retreat for a few days while we checked out the Seabrook project. The unit is compact and four adults would be crowded but two adults and two children would work well. All the necessities were there and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

    Seabrook the town was great. Walkable. Good food and good amenities. The trails were cute and the games were fun. We loved seeing the horses and chickens. The place we stayed “heart song unit 50” lacked some general cooking amenities and the Wi-Fi was awful in the unit. In general we’d recommend Seabrook as a vacation spot. If you need to work or have access to wifi ask good questions.
