Relax. It’s time to have fun!

Forest for the Seas is a one-of-kind vacation getaway with something for everyone. The house backs up to an amazing old-growth forest, but it’s also just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Crack a window, and be mesmerized by the sound of the ocean through the trees.

It’s the perfect place for every member of your family or group (including the dog) to relax in privacy. But it’s also full of fantastic gathering spaces and fun things to do any time of the year. Pick your favorite spot, grab a glass of wine and forget about your cares back home.

- Fire pit and yard: Our private fire pit is great for hanging out, with plenty of seating on beach-classic Adirondack chairs and cool custom driftwood benches. It’s the perfect spot any time, keeping you and your S’mores toasty and warm. The yard is spacious, with a fence that’ll keep your dog nearby.

- The porch and side deck: The grand front porch runs the entire length of the house and provides a perfect spot for relaxing with your morning coffee, reading a book, or just saying hi to your neighbors walking by. The side deck features an outdoor dining table for 6 and overlooks the fire pit.

- Hot tub and back deck: The 6-person hot tub is positioned facing the beautiful, old-growth forest. With no neighbors on this side, and no one behind, you’re free to soak away your stress without interruption. The back deck also faces the forest, with breakfast table seating and a large gas barbecue for the grill master.

- Kitchen and dining room: The full, upgraded kitchen features granite countertops and high-end cookware for fixing up amazing meals. The dishwasher means you won’t be stuck washing up every night, and the 14-cup coffee pot and waffle iron will wake everyone up in the morning. There’s even a KitchenAid mixer if you feel like baking up some magic. The new dining room table seats 8, with counter seating for 3 more at the kitchen island.

- Living room: The main floor is a completely open floor plan, so you can socialize all the way from the kitchen to the living room. The living area features comfy leather furniture with a beautiful gas fireplace that will warm up your feet and your soul. The TV has a Blu-ray/DVD player and in-ceiling surround-sound speakers.

- Media room & Library: Downstairs is a 55” 4K TV with high end speakers and a 4K Blu-ray/DVD player. A great spot to hang out if the weather isn’t cooperating. Upstairs is another common area with stocked bookshelves, a writing desk and another TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. The room is bright with natural sunlight and a comfy place to pick up a book.

    Forest for the Seas

    by Rowena F.
First time for our family at Seabrook and it was amazing! We had an amazing time at this location and airbnb had what we needed. Location was walking distance to town, beach, and indoor pool. Check in process was easy and place was very clean! Beds were comfortable! Response time from our host was quick and communication throughout was easy and smooth. This place does not have an AC so it might be bothersome on a hot day. It wasn’t an issue for us since weather was okay when we stayed. Windows did not have screens, which would be nice to have to keep any bugs from coming in. Overall, we loved our stay and would come back again.

Manager Response: Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear your family had an amazing first visit to Seabrook and that you enjoyed the home’s location, comfort, and cleanliness. It’s great to know check-in and communication went smoothly and that the space had everything you needed. We also appreciate your notes about the AC and window screens. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

    Forest for the Seas

First time travelers to Seabrook from Beaverton, OR. and it did not disappoint. It's a beautiful place that is extremely family friendly with plenty to do and see. We left our car at the house for 3 days, not needing it at all; it was magical being able to walk to anything and everything near by including restaurants, special events, parks, the beach and little hiking trails. Our place was nice, The Forest of the Seas, and it included parking with ample street parking, sidewalk access, a garage that held beach items like chairs and kites, some street cruiser bikes and a little balance bike for little ones. We chose this house for it's location, a little bit away from the busyness, yet walkable to everything. The house was setup perfectly for the families to have a master downstairs, a primary on the main, and two bedrooms upstairs; one with two twins and another with a queen. Our final night we roasted smores' at the big fire pit on the side of the house.

Manager Response: We are more than happy to hear all your positive feedback ! Seabrook is built around the idea of you and your family enjoying each other and being outside! We can't wait to welcome you back!

    Forest for the Seas

This was our first time staying at Seabrook, and it will almost certainly not be the last. Our particular cottage, Forest for the Seas, had a great location; back to the forest, making the hot tub and grill decks very private. The home is well stocked with kitchen and grill supplies, board games, ample seating, and numerous gathering points, making it perfect for a multi-family getaway.

Manager Response: Hello Roald, Thank you so much for your kind review. We are thrilled to know that you had a great time and enjoyed Forest for the Seas so much! We can't wait to have you stay with us again in Seabrook. Jillian Seabrook hospitality
