Dolce Vita, the sweet life, is a term that embraces all that life should be. Ordinary everyday life is meant to be lived only a moment at a time, savored and cherished with a grateful attitude. Time spent with family, friends or in solitude over good food, nature and conversation is the very best way to feel fully engaged in the moment. Just as Italians do!

Dolce Vita -the Sweet Life- is not just the pleasure of the senses, but a mindset of taking each moment of the day and savoring it. Life is a celebration in every way and is meant to live slowly with mindfulness. It is my hope that each guest that experiences Dolce Vita will feel a sense of this pleasure.

The main floor primary bedroom hosts a beautiful queen size bed, and is adjacent to the cabin’s tile floor bathroom. The primary bedroom exits through a private French door to a secluded patio where an outdoor living area awaits. Climb the main floor ladder to our cozy loft, where two twin size beds provide comfort for kiddos or another couple. The loft is a perfect retreat for kids, offering plenty of space to play games, and a window overlooking the cedar forest to the rear of the house.

Dolce Vita encourages outside living as well. Relaxing on our front porch cedar lounger for two, enjoy your coffee in the morning sun or sip a glass of wine late afternoon. Enjoy the back patio and a gas BBQ meal at the teak picnic table. At dusk, make s’mores at the Beach Camp fire pit. Dolce Vita is located just minutes walking distance to the beach, and just seconds walking distance to the Alderwood playground/zip line and basketball court, swimming pool, and fenced dog park.
