Welcome to The Deckhouse at Seabrook!

Located in the center of Seabrook, The Deckhouse is the ideal location for families and those who would like to experience the unique feel of this community. The beach is a short walk down the Elk Creek Beach Promenade or picturesque Seabrook Avenue.

The Deckhouse features a large wrap around porch bordering Blackberry Street and the Elk Creek Beach Promenade. The Deckhouse also has a hot tub, outdoor shower, huge yard, fire pit, and off-street parking.

Inside the house, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage in the cabinets and two pantries, and all the supplies and amenities to make you feel at home. The dining room seats eight. The downstairs family room has a 42" flat screen TV and DVD unit which will play DVDs, CDs, MP3, as well as data files from USB. A compact component system will play from an Ipod, USB, or PC.

The main floor hallway has a coat rack and built in bench which holds beach towels and beach toys. A high efficiency washer and dryer are located just inside the back door.

The Deckhouse has a spacious main floor primary bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. Sleep soundly on a king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed mattress.

Upstairs, retreat to a media room equipped with a fold-out futon, desk with computer monitor, 42" TV and DVD unit. Bring your own games or enjoy ours.

Kids and adults alike will love the bunk room, with four built in bunk beds. The beds feature shelves at the end of each bunk, which hold children's books and have room for your own items. Drawers under the bunks hold toys and games.

A second bedroom upstairs is a tranquil retreat, with a queen sized Westin Heavenly Bed mattress and a view of the back yard.

This home was built to share memories with our children… so we provide a pack and play, booster chair, children's dishes and silverware, night lights, as well as books, games, and other activities for the kids.

    We had a wonderful time in Seabrook reconnecting. We are life long friends and I have moved out of state. We were able to sit around the large table to enjoy meals, play games, and reconnect. We walked through the neighborhood, played Pickleball on the lovely courts, shopped and dined downtown. It was a terrific mini escape.

    Our stay at the Deckhouse was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. I love that they have it stocked with plenty of towels. My only complaint is the hot tub at the house did not work until the night before we left, however, maintenance was extremely responsive and came out to work on it twice to get it going. The other thing to note if you come to this house is you’ll need to bring all the basics for cooking outside of salt and pepper. I assumed there would be olive oil. There was not. However, they had excellent cookware and plenty of dishes. The house is darling, perfectly located across from the indoor pool, and perfectly comfortable. The fire pit in the side yard is wonderful. We enjoyed sitting next to it at night. It really was a great stay. We loved swimming, walking trails, proximity to shops, and how dark it gets at night - you can see loads of stars. If you are standing at the kitchen sink and look at the chandelier over the table the light looks like a smiley ?

    What a beautiful home within walking distance to everything. The market was amazing! And all the little shops, though definitely priced for tourists, had a lot to offer. Wish there were one or two more restaurants for dining options. Quiet neighborhood with many amenities. The home was wonderful! Comfortable and cozy. Plenty of games to keep us entertained. Everything we needed was there.

    A great space for our group of 5. Board games and books were a nice addition, with lots of room to play at the oversized table. Poured rain most of the time so we were grateful for the indoor pool, shops and arcade that made it easy to keep the teens entertained between rainy walks on the beach.     It's a great house in a nice community with a lot to do. It easily housed the six of us who visited. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds in the woods and the neighbors walking by. We enjoyed hearing the waves in the distance (after realizing it wasn't the sound of traffic passing), the community pools, trails, and beach. It was close enough for a visit to the Hoh Rainforest and Ocean Shores. It was a great place for a mental re-set and to spend time with family.

    First time to Seabrook. Lovely community, but very isolated and takes a long time to get there. Prefer the Oregon coast where there’s more to do and more communities up and down the coastline. Having said that, it is a beautiful community and well planned and I think if we had young children again, this would be much better. It is a bit of a walk to get down to the beach and I prefer the Oregon coast beaches and easy access. The home itself is lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful decorations inside and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location is nice as you can walk down in a couple of minutes into town or lunch or dinner.

    The house was great for our stay. We celebrate two family members and their birthday. The kitchen table was a great size and everyone had comfort space and beds. It is dog friendly and well stocked kitchen. The house met our expectations but the check in process was long and we got in after 4 pm due to some issues with hot tub and people who stayed before us. We also called the Seabrook rental office 4 x in the morning and never got an answer or return call to our message. But overall the house met all our needs and enjoyed the location a great deal. Seabrook is always a fun place to visit!

    Fire alarm went off about 4 am , two power outages, furnishings were a little worn out
