We invite you to enjoy this beautiful pet friendly home while you discover all that Washington`s coast has to offer. In this upscale three story house with carriage house, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you`ll find excellent ocean views, all high-end stainless appliances in the gourmet kitchen, pass-through gas fireplace, WIFI, 98" HD TV with 7.1 surround sound and full outside deck with BBQ, and Eight-person hot tub. Share time with friends and loved ones in the living room relaxing in front of a roaring fire or just staring at the ocean.

Enjoy morning coffee on the wrap around deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The Ocean Esplanade, a broad path all along the bluffs` edges, surrounds the neighborhood. This home gazes above the Esplanade out to sea. Benches crafted from trees on site are grouped at points along the Esplanade for resting, chatting with friends, and gazing out to sea. The homes face the Esplanade with the front door from the glassed-in living room. The Esplanade encircles the neighborhood, flows into a future footbridge spanning the southern glen, and leads down beach stairs to the dunes below; to public beach access and miles of sandy beaches. Watch the kids build sand castles and run along the surf, enjoy the sunshine while you stroll along the beach. In the evening, watch the sunset and marvel at the magnificent stars-filled skies. Enjoy winter storms in comfort. You won`t want to leave.

The 1st level (basement) is a game room with 106" HD 3D-projection TV with surround sound and Xbox360 with Kinect.

Laundry room, full bathroom and bunk bed room with two sets of bunks completes this level.

On the 2nd floor (ground level floor) is the living room with ocean view and gas fireplace for those stormy nights, the dining area and a kitchen in which any chef would love to prepare a meal. A full bathroom and one bedroom with Queen Bed are located on this floor.

On the 3rd level is the Primary Suite with a king bed, a private deck with a full view of the beach and a full Primary ensuite Bath. A second bedroom with a Queen bed can also be found on this floor. The Queen bedroom has a private full bathroom and ocean view. This floor also includes an additional washer and dryer.

Carriage House is above the detached garage with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with a view of the ocean.

    Beach Bluff

    Needs a serious cleaning & basic maintenance. The vents r dirty, lights are filled w/ dust , the furniture is worn &stained, ice maker has mold, shower doors have terrible water stains , place is trashed . Every wall has marks & dings . The listing needs to be updated - the WiFi & parking information is WRONG & a huge inconvenience.There r 2 spots in the garage to park . No driveway as listed. The gutters leak , dumping water on everything we thought had roof shelter . For the amount of money we paid we should be in 1st class accommodations not a beat up hillbilly shack . Management response time was fast but not effective to solve anything. We texted about the Internet and they said they were sending out a technician. There was absolutely no follow up on my text and no technician . This was a terrible Airbnb experience.

    It was a great experience. Stairs next to the house to the beach were closed for to the damage. We most likely will stay there again.

    This place was just as beautiful and epic as we had hoped. We stayed here with our wedding party and couldnt have been happier. Everything was as described and you just cant beat sleeping with the windows open while listening to the ocean. This house is literally the closest to the beach with wonderful sunset views. We couldnt have asked for more.

    Very lovely place. Gorgeous view from the home. Walking distance to town and the beach was right down the stairs in front of the home. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook meals. Great water pressure in the showers. The beds were very comfortable I thought. Hot tub was up and running and perfect temperature. Huge TV in the downstairs room for movie night. The TV is hung to high though. You have to lay back on the couch. We had a great time there.
