    It was our first time here and had a great time. We look forward to coming back again. Everything was in walking distance and it was pleasant staying there as if it was home away from home. The amenities were awesome! The gym, the pool, as well as the house amenities!

    Seabrook is one of our favorite getaways however, we were let down this visit. We arrived with odor in home, and went to open windows to air out and excessive bird poop covered side of home/porch/chairs. It took 24 hours for maintenance to come and when they did, they only cleaned the chairs and part of side of house. Leaving upstairs windows still covered. The sheets/pillows were stained with mascara and seemed to be unchanged, stains on carpet and walls were dirty with food, etc. When we attempted to do laundry we found the inside of the washer had strong mildew odor and was filled with mold so we refrained from using. The fire alarm went off 3 random separate times over our stay without anyone cooking or any reason. The stove knobs were broken, the ice maker was broken, the pans were so worn down they were barely useable. We were so excited to enjoy a weekend away, but overall disappointed in home. Host was very pleasant & responsive refunded cleaning fee. Location of home was great

    The property was as described and set in a beautiful location. Unfortunately, we had a few issues during our stay. The internet wasn’t working when we arrived, and it took multiple calls and missed appointments before it was resolved the next day. There was no proactive communication or acknowledgment from the host. Later, we discovered the hot tub was also broken. While the repairman who came was helpful, the host again didn’t reach out or offer any apology. With better communication and follow-through, this could have been a much smoother experience.

    Seabrook is a fun spot. There was construction going next door, so it was very busy. All workers were very considerate. A little on the spendy side for two nights (a day and a half). Overall we had a great time in a good location. Kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils and tools.

    Acres Away

    We had the absolute best stay at Acres Away. The home was absolutely perfect for our family and pup and was made extra special by being near the stables and gorgeous horses. Our pup loved the horses and would just stare at them as we walked around. We are a family with many food allergies so ate all of our meals in and it was wonderful to have such a stocked kitchen with great cookware and appliances. Everything was perfect and we plan to come back!

    Seabrook was a great place to stay--and to access the Washington coast! The house and neighborhood were really nice! All brand new, very clean, spacious inside, and quiet. Lots of play areas, especially nice if you have kids or want to enjoy recreational activities. There was not any yard space, but sidewalks, trails and parks for walking, etc. It is definitely a sculpted, homogenous community, and we felt not un-welcomed but awkward there as a gay couple. Overall, it felt like a safe place to be. Also, not a lot of options for restaurants and not much in terms of towns nearby. Our only concrete struggle was with communication. The day of our arrival, we wrote several messages through Airbnb and received no replies. There was even a post saying they would reply within 10 minutes, but we never received anything. Then, when we arrived, we didn't have a door code and I had to search for a phone number on line. Once we got through, they came over right away and were very nice
