String Theory Yarn and Fiber, is your Seabrook destination for crafting and community.
Jean Chambers, a Seabrook resident, opened String Theory to cultivate the knitting, crocheting, and fiber enthusiast community here on the Washington Coast and for those visiting the area. With walls of hand-dyed yarn and hand-stamped jewelry, notions, and hand-crafted alpaca rugs, your artistic side will be energized and the talented owner will show you the way.
Jean was inspired by her mother and babysitter, and knitting and collecting yarn for nearly 40 years. At her shop, she offers knitting and crocheting classes in addition to Sip Sip Knit evenings, which are Thursdays at 5:00 PM, where you join other crafters to share, learn, and laugh.
In addition to crafts, you can also find OR TEA?, a premium specialty tea with whole leaf teas and other ingredients sourced from around the world.
Stop by, email, or call about hours and variances during the COVID-19 reopening phase-in.
