After Operating Hours:
For a pressing maintenance request or minor urgency, (360)-276-0265 Option 1.

When to use this contact: Our maintenance team is there to help with any home or property requests that may arise during your stay. Example: Trash pickup, WiFi or television troubleshooting or questions, Yale lock questions, restocking of community fire pits, clogged drains/toilets, BBQ propane refills, etc.

After Hours Emergency

When to use this contact: This number is for urgent issues that arise outside of Guest Services or Maintenance business hours and will connect you with a Seabrook staff member. Example: Faulty fire alarm, becoming locked out of the rental home, leaks/flooding, etc.



When to use this contact: Safety is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to safety concerns throughout the town. Example: Road hazards, policy enforcements, etc.



When to use this this contact: This number is for making future reservations or for inquiries for reservations prior to arrival.

Concierge Services


When to use this contact: Please contact concierge services for delivery inquiries, transportation options, childcare, local recommendations, guided fishing options, etc.

Real Estate Sales Office


When to use this contact: The sales office is open 7 days a week, please feel free to drop by in person for more information or call with any questions.
