Passport to Flavor & Silent Auction
Passport to Flavor & Silent Auction is an evening of great food, warm hospitality, and community connection in support of the future North Beach Youth Center. Hosted by the Seabrook Community Foundation on Saturday, February 28, 2026, this European-themed fundraiser invites guests into private Seabrook homes for intimate, chef-inspired dinners featuring flavors from across Europe. Each dinner ticket serves as a “boarding pass” to a chosen dinner experience and includes complimentary admission to the Silent Auction at Seabrook Town Hall, where everyone can come together for dessert, conversation, and bidding in support of a meaningful cause.

Choose Your Dining Experience
Each guest selects one hosted dinner when purchasing a ticket:
- An Evening in Budapest
Starting with Korozott (cheese dip) with fresh veggies, followed by a hearty Hungarian Beef Goulash with noodles, accompanied by a sour cream cucumber salad.
- Rustic Italian Dinner
Starting with antipasto, then homemade minestrone, and a main course of pasta all’Amatriciana, a classic Roman tomato sauce
- French Country Meal (gluten-free)
Starting with an appetizer of puff pastry brie bites, moving to the main course of beef bourguignon, accompanied by a green salad and bread
- Luck O’ the Irish
Starting with crispy potato boxty topped with smoked salmon, followed by hearty Guinness beef stew with traditional Irish vegetables, a side of colcannon, accompanied by garden salad with Irish blue cheese and whiskey vinaigrette
- Classic Italian Dinner (SOLD OUT)
Starting with savory stuffed mushrooms and classic tomato bruschetta, a main course of chicken parmesan served with pasta, accompanied by a side of broccolini
Each menu is thoughtfully prepared, offering a distinct culinary journey and the chance to connect with fellow guests in a relaxed, welcoming home setting.
Silent Auction
After dinner, all guests come together at Town Hall for the silent auction. Enjoy sweet treats, warm drinks, and time to mingle with neighbors while bidding on items that support a lasting community resource.
Tickets are also available for those who only wish to participate in the silent auction.
