Nia Fitness Class

Nia Fitness classes take place at the Coastal Karma Center every week. This fusion fitness class merges healing arts, martial arts, and dance into one workout and is a great way to help your body recover after venturing into the Olympic Peninsula wilderness.

Want to learn more about the rich history and nature of our area? Stop by one of the monthly Glimpse Lecture Series installments for an in-depth look on specific topics that hold a significance to the Pacific Northwest.
