What's Next For Seabrook: A Letter From Casey Roloff

Published: March 6, 2026  | Read Time: 4 Minutes

From new neighborhoods to new merchants and experiences, Seabrook has seen exponential growth during its first twenty-two years. What began as a dream has grown into a living, evolving town, shaped every day by the people who choose to spend time here, invest here, and call this place home. In the coming years, Seabrook is primed to become a world-class destination with its irreplaceable oceanfront location, award-winning town center design, ready-to-build land, golf course, a beach club, and an oceanfront luxury hotel and spa, and much more that will set it apart.

When Laura and I first imagined Seabrook, we weren’t thinking about a destination that people would visit once or twice a year. We were thinking about a place that could support real life. A town with walkable streets, meaningful connections, access to nature, and the kinds of everyday amenities that make it possible to stay.

In 2025, we celebrated a major milestone with the completion of the Pacific Landing block, delivering twelve new residential homes and four new retail storefronts right in the heart of town. Along the way, we welcomed new commercial tenants, including Basecamp and Pacific Edge Adventures on Market Street and at Fernwood Station, as well as Bellwether Café and Sol-Ful in the Front Street Retail District.

The last twenty-two years have been really exciting, but the next three years will be the most impactful. Seabrook will go from a place that people will not only think about vacationing, but also to a place they want to live full-time. Over the next two to three years, our goal is to go from fifteen percent to thirty percent full-time residents. Seabrook is becoming a town people don’t just visit, but choose to build their lives around.

We are entering a period of transformation, not just for Seabrook, but for the surrounding North Beach community. With the Town Center nearing completion, expanded trail networks, a regenerative farm, and new regional investments in healthcare, education, and community spaces, Seabrook is moving toward becoming a place where full-time living feels natural and supported.
