From new construction to the expanding hospitality program, he continues to work with his growing teams through each exciting development that continues to bring new urbanism to life on the Washington Coast.

Chief Financial Officer | Jeff has years of experience in his position at Seabrook, overseeing the financial health and planning of the company. From the growth in real estate to the expanding town amenities, he is responsible for the analysis and business strategy that optimizes how Seabrook moves forward.

Vice President of Construction | Ryan is responsible for managing ongoing construction operations throughout Seabrook, assuring the quality and completion of residential and commercial projects. He focuses on project management and assessment while maintaining building timelines and prompt communications with vendors.

Vice President of Town Planning | Stephen serves as our town’s primary vision keeper and archivist by managing the new urban town plan and its related design code. As lead Design Review Board member, he not only guides town aesthetics, but he orchestrates the overall design of the town’s parks and public spaces. In addition, he is instrumental in guiding new home and neighborhood designs.

Vice President of Real Estate Sales & Designated Broker | Holly has been a part of Seabrook since the town was founded in 2004 as both a homeowner and broker. CEO of Seabrook Hospitality | Erik joined Seabrook in December 2023, bringing over 13 years of experience in the vacation rental industry. Notably, he served as the founding CTO of Vacasa, where he developed foundational technology and led the team. His contributions were instrumental in achieving several years of 2,000%+ year-over-year growth, propelling Vacasa to become the largest vacation rental company in the world. He also served as CTO of Rented, a dynamic pricing provider, and has been an industry consultant, specializing in business systems and efficiency, marketing, and revenue management. | Meet The Hospitality Team ➔

Director of Common Areas & Development | Eli is responsible for ensuring Seabrook remains not only beautiful and safe, but also retains its original amenities through careful planning and monitoring of the homeowner reserve and operating budgets. Eli is also a compliance officer for the Department of Ecology, in which he gives direction on erosion and sediment control throughout Seabrook’s development and construction phases. Additionally, Eli is responsible for the infrastructure aspect of the development side, from ground breaking and land clearing to asphalting and utilities.

Vice President of Engineering and Entitlements | Sam leads the planning and design of the infrastructure improvements at Seabrook. This includes working with our internal team as well as our consultants to complete property studies, create the land plans, prepare land entitlements, and produce construction documents. Sam has worked on Seabrook and many other New Urbanist developments since 2006 but recently joined us as a full-time member of our leadership team.

Vice President of Hospitality | Nadine brings a unique and valuable perspective to the leadership team: she was a Seabrook homeowner and rental program participant for five years before joining the team in 2020. This firsthand experience shapes her approach as Vice President of Hospitality, where she bridges the gap between operational excellence and the homeowner experience. Her vacation rental management experience spans back to 2011, ranging from owning her own vacation rentals to managing a resort portfolio in the Methow Valley. Now a full-time resident, Nadine leverages her dual background as both an owner and operator to curate world-class experiences for Seabrook’s guests and homeowners alike.
