Do you have any homes that have a vview of the ocean for around 800.00?? Also at least 2000.00 sq ft.
How far is the nearest town… I mean a town with department stores ?How far from Seattle?

Kim, its just under 3 hours. Unless you hit evening traffic around Tacoma. I live on the Long Beach Peninsula – south on Hwy 101. We used to live in Kirkland/Bellevue area. Happily we moved full time to our beach house. There are days I wonder why we live so remotely. Then I arrive home after the drive… open the car door… and smell that wonderful ocean air. Ahhh, I am home. So worth the drive.
By the way, Olympia has some great shopping. that is about 1.5 hrs.

The cost of the tour is $10.00. Would that be per person or per couple? Love to see the house but cost does enter into it.

Hello,
I have been reading Coastal Magazine for several years now and am so excited to see the Ultimate Beach House is within hours of where I live. I am planning a trip from the Oeattle area to Ocean shores in a few weeks and would like to make a small detour to see the Ultimate Beach House. I am trying to map it out, but do not see an address. Could you provide one, please?

Hi Lisa,
If you’ve been a loyal follower of Coastal Living, you will love the idea house! The Ultimate Beach House is located in Seabrook – a quaint beach town on the WA coast. Seabrook is located just half a mile south from Pacific Beach, and about 15 miles north from Ocean Shores both along SR 109. The official address of Seabrook is 4275 SR-109, 98571 Pacific Beach, WA.

Just spend 3 days in this house. It is beautiful, relaxing and had everything we needed.
