Welcome to Seabrook and Sweet Buttercup cottage located in the Farm District next to the Windgate Barn!

This cozy, dog-friendly cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything that you need to relax, restore and make memories! You will love the cheerful yellow accents that will feel like little rays of sunshine.

Front porch features Adirondack chairs and a table so you can have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or glass of wine in the evening under the sparkling lights.

On the back of the house, you can find two more chairs and a fire pit where you can enjoy making s’mores.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you need to cook up a storm on those rainy days or even bake cupcakes. Cupcake tins are in the cupboard above the stove.

Dining table seats up to 4 and in summer you can move your dining out to the outdoor table in the yard.

The living area has a gas fireplace and 50- inch TV so you can cozy up on a large sectional couch and watch your favorite movie, read a book, flip through pages of magazines while having a glass of wine.

There are plenty of sleeping options too.

primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and extra blankets in the closet.

In the loft, you will find a queen bed and a day bed that can sleep a couple or your not so little kids. The loft can function as a quiet retreat to relax and read or watch a movie or as a kids’ place with board games, a 55-inch smart TV, a and high speed internet for your kids favorite game console (please bring your own so they can enjoy their favorite games and play with their friends).

Come and enjoy our cozy cottage and enjoy the peacefulness of the Farm District.

Tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and Horseshoe Park are right around the corner. Seabrook’s downtown and sandy beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away.

    Staying at Sweet Buttercup in Seabrook was amazing! Very quaint and off the beaten path, yet very walkable to everything in town. The house was perfect for two people who wanted a quiet getaway. Very clean, bright, warm, and cozy! The staff was very responsive and provided daily “what’s going on in the town” updates. We plan on staying here again very soon!

    Loved this quaint, yet adorable home. Tucked away in the corner of Seabrook, yet still close to the town center, it was the perfect quiet getaway. I do wish I had realized that the only way to get to the loft was via ladder.

    It’s a beautiful place but we had a late check in and 10 is a little early to check out. We as asked for 11 and they said no. It seems they would have work it out being late to check in.

    Check in ran late. No wine glasses, AC/heat could not adjust, Could not turn on fireplace inside. Poor internet service. Need upgrade. Need instructions for TV, fireplace/heat/AC. Loft very high and hard to get into. Positive, quiet unit, bedroom and bathroom nice. Shops and restaurants were excellent. Stairs to beach were great along with beach. Very clean setting.

    Great place, great location and the neighborhood was fantastic. While the walk to the beach was 10+ mins (as described) we loved the overall ambience and being close to stores and amenities. Note that most places close early being a holiday town. Overall our family with our mini maltipoo had a great time.

    The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 (kids ages 10,13,15) to eat meals and spend a little time between adventures in Seabrook. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and everything was great! The location was perfect for easy access to the many trails, parks and downtown Seabrook. It was our first visit and we'll be back!

    Hi we had a wonderful time. It was nice break from the city. My son loved the place and he was able to see horses in the morning. He especially loved climbing up the ladder but please be careful. He fell as we were checking out. But overall what a beautiful place to stay. Loved to come back soon!

    Loved this house! So comfortable and homey. Will be going back. Only downfall is no service in area and hard to find home when we can’t use our maps due to no service.
