Leave the city behind and reserve your stay at Farm to Sea where style, comfort and amenities converge.  Located in Seabrook’s Farm District, our modern farmhouse is one of only eight homes surrounding Horseshoe Park. The park is perfect for croquet, cornhole, kit flying or an impromptu soccer game. All you have to do is step off the front porch.


Take in the natural beauty of wide-open vistas and horse pastures across the street or the easily accessible and vast trail systems. Enjoy some fresh air on your 10-minute walk to the charming shops of town or picturesque coastline.  Wind down your day with the tranquility of sunset views and sounds of crashing waves, sipping your favorite beverage in a rocker on the covered front porch. 


Natural light follows you everywhere as you step inside to prepare a meal in the well-appointed open concept style chef’s kitchen. Thanks to generous counter seating and a dining table for eight, there is room for all. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with brand new Kitchen Aide appliances, All Clad cookware, stocked spices and anything else you may need to dazzle your friend’s and family’s palates.


For coffee aficionados, the options abound. Choices include Keurig, pour-over French press or drip with coffee grinder. For those that prefer tea, we are happy to provide a selection and the Insta-hot makes preparing a cup easy. 


Settle into the open family room where there’s a comfortable place for everyone to socialize on the sectional sofa. Let the gas fireplace and throw blankets keep you cozy as you relax and watch your favorite show on the Samsung TVs paired with Amazon Fire Sticks. There is a house account to YouTube TV and you can log onto your own Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts.


If you head upstairs, even more entertainment options await you in the fully equipped media room. You’ll find DVDs, books, puzzles, games and more cozy throw blankets.


When it’s time to retire for the evening, you’ll have your choice of three welcoming and well-appointed bedrooms and full baths.

    Great Stay!

    We just returned from a week stay at Farm to Sea. This was our first visit to Seabrook so we weren\'t sure what to expect but were very happy with our time here and would definitely stay at Farm to Sea again. House was well equipped, hot tub was actually hot versus Luke warm like with many rentals. Stayed with 3 girls 8-11 and loved the opportunities for the girl to have a little independence due to this homes proximity to the pool, park and pickle ball courts. The girls fell in love with Farm to Sea and the home was a perfect size for us. If I had to leave any suggestions it would be that 1 roll of paper towels for a week long stay in a house that sleeps 8 is not sufficient. We were left with 6 coffee pods but again, it would have been nice to have the coffee pods better matched to the guest count and length of stay. We were very happy in the home but the floors and all of the white surfaces/banisters/doors were covered in a layer of dingy grime that would be easily removed with a Clorox wipe or 409 type spray but there were no cleaning sprays or products there to wipe it down. This was fine because we enjoyed the house and overall the home felt clean but if you were particularly offput by visible grime on your surfaces this might be a deal breaker. Shower curtain liners did also have mold along the bottoms, though the tubs themselves were very clean. Lastly, the dishwasher gets extremely hot and melted several of our spendy Starbucks cups and I noticed a few of the plastic plates and utensils stocked in the home also had melt marks. One drawback of this location is the early morning wake-up call provided by the zpickeball courts closeby. You definitely hear the sound of balls bouncing on the court early in the morning though Farm to Sea provides ear plugs (nice touch). This is a review after-all so giving feedback but we loved our stay and I would book this house again.

    Incredible

    I hesitated to write this as I truly wanted to keep this place an incredible secret. We have stayed in Seabrook for a long time in many different homes but this one took our breathe away from the moment we walked in. Here are just a few things that we experienced....beach towels/chairs, kitchen was overwhelming stocked and the gift basket with letter about the home, the notes left everywhere explaining every little part of this place. The rooms, beds, linens, soaps, shampoos, robes, way too much to mention. Open the front door and we rocked in the chairs for hours listening to nature watching the deer go by. The game closet, the dining room and then to top it off the candles that came on in the evening. To say we had tears is an understatement. We did not want to leave. Sadly we did and are going to be figuring out dates for a long time to come if you will let us come back and enjoy your incredible home. The peace and comfort we experienced is without question the best we have ever had in Seabrook. Thank you so much for allowing us the priviledge of staying there and the tears of longing to return.

    We loved staying at Farm to Sea so much that we came back for another stay and brought our family! Located right on the Horseshoe in Farm District, you have a huge yard and community fire pit right outside your door. And a great porch to sit and relax and take it all in.
    Farm to Sea is so spacious and the decor is perfectly fit to match it's name. We love that we don't have to bring anything we might need to cook with or entertain ourselves with, because the owners of this home really have thought of it all. We also had family staying at another house and Farm to Sea was a great place for us all to gather to play lawn games in front and eat meals at their picnic table in back.
    Thanks so much for sharing your awesome home with us again - we'll be back!

    A summer to remember!

    Our family adores this beautifully appointed home in the Farm District! In fact, we love it so much that we chose to spend most of our summer there! The attention to detail is outstanding. Thoughtfully decorated and meticulously maintained, it's clear Farm to Sea's owners are proud of their home. Located on Horseshoe Park, our kids loved playing in the massive grass lawn (daily croquet, frisbee, baseball, soccer....). Backyard outdoor space is perfect for dining al fresco (under cute string lights!), and taking a dip in the hot tub. Loved seeing the horses while sipping on coffee on the front porch. All beds are comfy and clean -- and bedrooms are equipped with convenient charging stations for all electronic devices. Supplying beach chairs, plenty of high-quality thick beach towels, and so many other thoughtful touches -- Farm to Sea goes above-and-beyond to assure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Can't recommend highly enough! Thank you Farm to Sea!

    Feels like home.

    I stayed with my daughter and 2 grandbabies. The Welcome to our home package was so sweet with the items for "Smores" , & a few other little surprises. The kitchen had a few extra things to make cooking easy.....olive oil, basalmic vinegar, a tower of herbs & spices. Nice cookware to make cooking easy. The bedrooms so lush & comfy, a few toys for kids, the body wash was my favorite thing in the shower. Big beach towels & beach chairs. A nice soothing dip in the Hot tub was lovely, too. We didn't have to think about much but enjoy our Wonderful stay at Seabrook in the home of " Farm to Sea" . Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! Will stay here again.

    Arriving late in the evening w

    Arriving late in the evening we were overwhelmed with the holiday decorations outside and inside. All the lights were on and the place looked so welcoming. A floor to ceiling Xmas tree and Poinsettias all around the house were beautiful. We had not expected this and it was one big Xmas gift for us and our family. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many thoughtful touches for children. We liked being near the horse barn complete with a very friendly gray kitten. Walked over every day to talk to the horses and play with the kitty.

    Just love it! Seabrook grows so fast that coming every year I discover more and more recently built streets. I wish it is easier to discover the location of the house during booking. I was not able to find property maps with area names like Farm, Stump on the website.
