Welcome to the Coastal Living Magazine “Ultimate Beach House,” built by Seabrook and designed by Tim Clarke, who specializes in casually elegant coastal interiors, with thoughtful style and exquisite detail.

That was then. The fanfare was nationwide and excitedly public.

Today, this craftsman cottage is the same glorious beach house, only now it’s part of the Seabrook community experience where friends and families (and their dogs) simply gather to vacation, reconnect, and make memories.

The structural architecture invites you in as you approach this house’s spacious courtyard. Adjacent to the courtyard is a fireplace and BBQ grill along the breezeway that connects the guest cottage to the main house. Once inside the foyer, past the laundry chute, your eyes admire the Bosch appliances and French door refrigerator – and a separate wine fridge. Beyond the comfy living room and semi-luxury dining space is the porch with wrought-iron railing overlooking the grasslands through the iconic trees to the shoreline.

From the main level to the basement level, you’ll find a theater-styled media room for nightly streaming and film premieres. Off the media room is the Jr. Suite and an expanded spa bathroom complete with steam shower and Finlandia Sauna for easing tension and relaxing muscles. Through the French doors you can enjoy the private hot tub and sunken terrace just steps to the promenade.

From the main level to the upper level, you pass through the artistic and elegantly shelved gallery and vestibule to two expansive bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms. Both suites enter the balcony where you can see forever and ever toasting to the sunset nightly.

In total, this ultimate beach and guest house sleeps up to nine friends and family, and even wedding parties gathered for the celebration of a lifetime.

Shopping, dining, and the energy of the town center are all a short stroll up the hill between Seabrook’s grand staircase and Sunset Amphitheater. Here, you can browse the bookstore, pour a custom candle, game, hike, bike, and more. The indoor swimming pool is about a 5-minute walk from town center, and the outdoor pool and fitness center are another 6 or 7 minutes away.

As a guest of The Coastal Living House, you have full, complimentary access to all Seabrook and its amenities, including both swimming pools and the fitness center.

Absolutely gorgeous home with beautiful views! The one thing I would mention is there was no filtered water of any kind in the fridge or the sink so bring your own, like a $40 Britta or plan to have to buy water bottles. There is lots to do around the area and besides from a few small issues we had a blast. We loved the environment and all the shops!

Manager Response: Thank you for your review! We are so glad to know that you loved The Coastal Living House and the wonderful views. We appreciate your feedback on the filtered water and will pass it on to the homeowners so they can consider adding something to address that. It's also great to know that you enjoyed the shops and surrounding environment. We hope to welcome you back again!

This is a wonderful place to get away from it all and yet still have amenities needed for a great vacation. The house is beautiful and had everything you would ever need. Luxury stay for sure and for once it met all expectations and then some. Wonderful company to deal with and easy to communicate and work with and easy check in and out.

Manager Response: We’re thrilled to hear that the home exceeded your expectations and provided everything you needed for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Our family of 8 stayed comfortably in this home, great location & walking distance from everything. Had a few hiccups with checking in but overall ok, had to wait 10min before receiving any assistance. Incorrect WiFi instructions were provide so we spent time searching the home for clues to get that going. We went right before the Memorial holiday so it was not crowded at all. First night ate at the Koko’s which advertised as a tequila bar, it ended up being a small restaurant with a small corner on the bar that housed the tequila. Food was not good and very overpriced. Not worth it at all. For the rest of the stay we came prepared to make our own meals.Pros:- Great location- Spacious open floor plan- Kitchen stocked w/all the cookware & small appliances you would need, even had foil!. (Bring your own knives as these would not cut a tomato)- All rooms w/bathroom was a plus- Carriage house w/bath a plus- Shower outside for easy cleanup from the beach- Fire pit area with room for outdoor games and eating.Cons:-Floors were filthy & is in need of a deep cleaning (bring slippers)-Bathroom fixtures need attention (almost fell off)-Mold in master bath (window & shower)-Parking is a challenge if you have multiple vehicles-Outdated tv’s with remotes that do not work for the tv. -Grill was not clean - bring your own scraper (we did leave the one we had to buy)-Lots of stairs to the beach, we ended up driving up a mile to drive onto the beach.-No firewood available

Manager Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear the home was a comfortable fit for your family and that you enjoyed the location and spacious layout. We appreciate you bringing the other issues to our attention we’ll be sure to address them with our team to improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay!
