Located on the north side of North Alder Park, Yarmouth Yacht Club is just a short walk from the Indoor Pool, Playground, Crescent Park, Market, Restaurants, Shops and Massive Beach!

The cottage is comfortably furnished with a queen bed in one room and two twins in the other (as of April 5th), a dining table with room to seat six, comfortable and cozy furniture in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen that will address all your cooking/baking needs! There is a 42” HDTV in the living room and 32” HDTV in the primary bedroom, as well as a book and game collection that will keep you busy for days. The large covered front porch has two oversized Adirondack chairs to sit back, relax and let the afternoon time pass. While the covered back porch is the place to fire up the Weber BBQ to grill up your favorite eats.

North Alder Park offers a large grassy area for the kids and family to play, as well as a community fireplace (wood provided) and outdoor furniture. This is a great place to gather with family and friends to roast marshmallows, or just sit back and share stories while gazing at the evening stars.
