Did you know pickleball was invented in Washington State?
That's right. Pickleball was invented in the Summer of '65 on Bainbridge Island, a city and island in the Puget Sound.
Now pickleball is said to be the fastest growing sport in the nation and the world. And it's easy to see why. Pickleball is great exercise and fun for everyone. Young and old. Everyone has fun with pickleball.
At Seabrook, we have a few dedicated pickleball courts. One of the pickleball courts is located in Kucera Park featuring iconic views of the Pacific ocean.
We have another pickleball court located near the Farm District, adjacent from the playground and outdoor basketball court.
If you want to trade in your paddle for a raquet, you'll find the Seabrook tennis courts here too.
Play until your heart's content on our regulation-size tennis court. Hone your skills and have fun while you get some exercise in on your vacation.
It's not summer until you've played at least one match of pickleball, tennis, or badminton (which you can do in Crescent Park).
