Located about a 45 minute drive from Seabrook, Lake Quinault Lodge in Olympic National Park is a must-see. Eat lunch or have an afternoon drink at the historic lodge, built in 1926, overlooking the stunning and deep waters of Lake Quinault. Take a boat tour or a rainforest bus tour with rangers and view wildlife including bald eagles, osprey and river otters. You may even spot a Roosevelt Elk or a black bear! Hiking, canoeing and simply admiring the view are also popular activities at the lake. Don’t miss the rain gauge at the lodge where you can see just how much rain has fallen in the rainforest this year!
