For Beach-Loving Dogs

If special events are more to your liking, you can tell your people that there are a few key ones that you’ll want to attend each year.

Doggie Days

Seabrook’s longest running event, Doggie Days is a blast for dogs and owners alike.

Every year hundreds of puppy pals romp, roll and wag their tails at Horseshoe Park during the annual festival.

This annual celebration sponsored by The Salty Dog features fun games and contests for dogs of all sizes including musical chairs, a relay race, and everyone’s favorite — the peanut butter lick.

Judges will be awarding prizes for the Best Barker, Best Kisser, and dogs with other unique talents.

Come participate in some friendly competition with other dogs and dog-lovers or just come to watch and cheer on your favorite doggie. Either way, Doggie Days will leave you with a smile on your face and memories that last a lifetime.

Doggie Days serves as a fundraiser for the Chase Away K9 Cancer organization.

Sponsored by the Seabrook Community Foundation, Woof-A-Thon is a great way to celebrate everything dogs.

Located at North Beach High School, Woof-A-Thon includes a variety of vendors, free treats for both dogs and their people, free bottled water for people, wading pools, water dishes, an ice cream truck, a sticker-free area, mosquito repellant, face painting, tarot card readings, and more.

One of the popular fund-raising highlights is a raffle of a variety of elaborate, themed gift baskets. Another tradition is a dog walk for which participants have collected sponsor pledges they donate to Woof-a-Thon. The walk will be on the track that encircles at North Beach High School, and those participating receive prizes based on the donations they’ve collected.
