The Big Chill sleeps 14. But no silently resenting whoever snags the best bedroom here—this large, family friendly home has four master bedrooms ALL with king-sized beds and their own private bathrooms. An additional bunk room sleeps six making it the perfect respite for family gatherings and groups of friends. It's furnished with loads of comfy furniture to make relaxing unavoidable.

Live the dream that is Seabrook on the giant wraparound porch - the biggest in Seabrook! The covered deck makes chillin' weather-proof and is perfect for entertaining or engaging in a legendary corn hole match regardless of the season. All that bean bag tossing work up an appetite? Whip up a feast in the giant gourmet kitchen with top-end appliances and grub away at its farmhouse dining table that seats up to 14, perfect for holiday dinners. Or step outside to the covered outdoor grill—with room for a mind boggling 38 all-beef patties—before chowing down in one of two outdoor dining areas.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth of new homes and amenities. This property is not near active construction; however, construction may be seen and heard throughout Seabrook communities. To minimize disruption for our guests we have set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
