Head to the beach for a complete weekend of relaxation, balance, and meditation at Seabrook’s Spring Yoga Retreat. Nourish your body, mind and soul with a weekend of yoga, nature, and nurture.
Spring is a time of balance, with equal hours of day and night, light and dark. It’s an opportunity to let go of the gloomy winter season and set positive intentions for what's to come through guided meditations and inner reflection, opening yourself up to new possibilities and creations.
Woven in nature, with scenic Washington Coast as the backdrop, our 2-day retreat will help you nourish your body, connect with your self and your surroundings, deepen your yoga and meditation practice, and meet other like-minded yogis. All levels are welcomed.
The yoga classes will take place in Town Hall and be centered around Vinyasa Flow linking movement with the breath, moving your body through both power and restorative poses, available for all levels and abilities. The classes will be themed-based, creative and balanced, and will incorporate breathing, strengthening, stretching, detoxing, energizing, and meditation. You will experience a safe and nurturing practice, leaving you feeling relaxed and energized.
