If you always find yourself clam-oring for some razor clams, grab your gear. And swing by Buck's Bikes in Seabrook for your clamming license, shovels, clam guns, clam bags, and guided clam digging experiences. It's recommended to head to the beach 1-2 hours before low tide. Don't forget your lantern, and remember, the limit is 15 clams per license, so plenty of fun to be had in the surf!
Wildlife officials deemed the Mocrocks clam population healthy enough to support the "bonus" dig. Mocrocks is the beach located directly in front of Seabrook.
This dig will take place during morning tides.
- May 18, Saturday, 6:58 am; -1.4 feet; Mocrocks
- May 19, Sunday, 7:41 am; -1.6 feet; Mocrocks
- May 20, Monday, 8:23 am; -1.6 feet; Mocrocks
Please note, all clam digs are tentatively scheduled and get approved several days before they are slated to begin.
For final approval and additional proposed dig dates, head to the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife's Fishing and Shellfishing webpage.
