Job Duties:

Coordination with homeowners on behalf of maintenance manager

Coordination with third party vendors on behalf of maintenance manager

Recurring expense reporting

  • Month end Maintenance & Housekeeping statements to Accounting and Cottage Rentals
  • Develop simple process steps to document and process month end submittals

Facility Maintenance

  • Document construction repairs & paint statement of work (SOW)
  • Develop work book(s) process/systems to document and process bid SOW logistics & quotes
