FULL-TIME VACATION PLANNER
 
We've all been there - you found a place you're interested in staying at but have some questions that would be best answered by someone on the phone. A knowledgeable, helpful vacation planner can be the difference between a good and a great stay. Is that you? We would love to have you join our vacation planning team at Seabrook!

Apply today and become an integral part of our hospitality team. Seabrook's Call Center receives inbound calls and email inquiries from guests hoping to reserve our vacation rental homes. This full-time position entails a pro-active approach to present the Seabrook experience, with similar expectations for our sister communities, located on the Oregon Coast. Revenue goals, call scoring, lead follow-up, and coaching for success are additional components of this position that will enable you to be effective and learn on the job.

Preferred experience and requirements:
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Weekends required
  • Hotel/Motel experience a plus

Hours will generally be scheduled no later than 8pm, Monday through Friday; Sundays until 5pm, and Saturday usually no later than 6pm. These hours may be extend slightly during our peak season, or to accommodate the needs of our business.
