The 2010 Coastal Living Magazine Ultimate Beach House was a popular destination during the four months it was open for tours in the summer and fall of 2010. Thousands of visitors journeyed over to Seabrook to tour the idea house, most of whom also spent time enjoying the natural beauties of Seabrook and the central Washington coast.

As thousands of hearts and minds walked through the oceanfront neighborhood and the Ultimate Beach House, many of you wished they could experience the joy of staying at the house first hand. Now, you can do just that.

Seabrook is proud to announce that starting February 1, 2011, the Coastal Living Magazine Ultimate Beach House is going to be open for rent for anyone that is interested in staying at the idea house!

Over the past 2 months, the Ultimate Beach House went through a interior redesign that transformed this mansion of our dreams into a cozy abode that can sleep up to 14 people!

Plus, you get to stay at one of Seabrook’s most sought-after homes, overlooking the Pacific Ocean from your porch and cuddling round either the indoor or outdoor fireplace.

Remember the countertops and cabinets we talked about being installed in the Coastal Living Magazine Ultimate Beach House? Well, most of them are in place and we’ve got all the pictures for you!

The vanity countertops you see are silestone countertops of the highest quality. Brizo faucets sit on top of them and give the house a classy, authentic look.

Showers and shower heads have also been put in place in all bathrooms in the idea house. Tile work has been completed as well and tiles from Pacific Tile are now in the bathrooms in the Ultimate Beach House.

On the exterior, Azek decks and railings are popping up in the courtyard and front porch. Pictures of that below as well.

As you can see, landscapers are working in the courtyard and around the house since we are nearing the construction deadline that is set for June 15.

One month later, on July 16, the Coastal Living Magazine Ultimate Beach House will be all finished on both the interior and exterior, and will be open for tours through October 30.
