The first month of the year has quickly gone by, but the Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House has seen steady progress. Installation of the windows is all but done, and plumbing is also nearing completion. Electricians are starting work on Monday as the interior of the beach house is quickly taking shape as well.

The next big step is the roof – the house is prepared and workers are starting early next week.
