As we move into the second half of January, the Seabrook Team would like to wish you a Happy New Year!! 2010 is an exciting year for both Seabrook and Coastal Living Magazine™, and we are eagerly anticipating the completion of the 2010 Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House.

The Idea House has definitely seen rapid progress in the last month. Despite a rainy winter settling over the Washington Coast, our construction workers have seen quite a few sun-filled days allowing them to get a jump-start on framing. As you can see in the pictures below, the framing of the basement has been completed and the construction team has begun the first and second floor as well.
