The 2010 Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House is moving along faster than a speeding bullet! After completing the framing of the first & second floor in late December, and the garage & guest house in early January, the breezeway roof connecting the main house & guest house has now been finished. The windows for the idea house, supplied by Andersen Windows, have also been delivered to the building site and are being installed. The windows are of the highest quality and are in line with the products used at Seabrook for all beach cottages. “They should be in place by the end of next week” – confirmed Terry Howe, Seabrook’s Construction Project Manager that oversees the on-site construction of this year’s Coastal Living Idea House.

As the workers focused on the back of the house, we managed to sneak inside and snap some pictures of the stunning oceanfront view from the front porch of the Ultimate Beach House. Be sure to browse the absolutely breathtaking views pictured at the end of this post.
