As we move into the second half of January, the Seabrook Team would like to wish you a Happy New Year!! 2010 is an exciting year for both Seabrook and Coastal Living Magazine™, and we are eagerly anticipating the completion of the 2010 Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House.

The Idea House has definitely seen rapid progress in the last month. Despite a rainy winter settling over the Washington Coast, our construction workers have seen quite a few sun-filled days allowing them to get a jump-start on framing. As you can see in the pictures below, the framing of the basement has been completed and the construction team has begun the first and second floor as well. Don’t forget to check the site often as a lot more pictures will be coming soon exclusively on the Ultimate Beach House Blog!

To start it all off, here are the first pictures of the idea home’s progress! Despite the winter creeping in, progress is being made each day and the house is slowly coming into shape. We have been enjoying a lot of sunshine over the past few weeks which has also aided to the fast development.

With unmatched ocean views on the Washington Coast, and a devoted team working day and night, this home will definitely be the ultimate beach house in the Northwest for the upcoming year!
