History of Coastal Living Magazine Idea Homes

Idea Houses have been an annual tradition for Coastal Living Magazine™ since 2002. Each year, the Magazine builds spectacular idea homes in various parts of the country, although predominantly on the East Coast.

This year, however, Seabrook has been chosen as the only location in the United States for an idea home to be built by the magazine. The house is therefore fittingly named the 2010 Ultimate Beach House.
