On the east end of Market Street, standing tall among the charming homes of East Main, is the Town Hall - one of Seabrook's landmark buildings.
This Nantucket-style, three-level structure includes a great hall, a mezzanine, and a lower level, along with a 30-foot vaulted ceiling offering a great sense of spaciousness. A commercial kitchen, full bar, audio and video system, staff support, and plenty of space for up to 140 people make the Town Hall the ideal setting for weddings, group meetings, family gatherings, or corporate retreats.
Right outside the Hall's entrance is a formal grassed lawn, perfect for gatherings and photographic opportunities. You will often Seabrook homeowners and guests playing lawn games or throwing a frisbee around on the lawn.
Inspired by traditional New England coastal architecture, the Town Hall’s exterior is modern yet timeless, with a classic, steep, pitched chapel roof complete with a bell tower (reminiscent of old churches), as well as white clapboard siding and classical columns.
There are few buildings like Seabrook's Town Hall in the Pacific Northwest. Your gaze down Seabrook Avenue and Market Street naturally ends with the Town Hall in sight, providing for one of the most unique terminated vistas in new urbanist towns and villages. It's the stunning interior, however, that has truly made the Town Hall a popular setting for weddings, group gatherings, or business retreats.
