Job Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Scheduling and Arranging appointments
  • Taking messages
  • Typing/word processing
  • Organizing meetings
  • Using a variety of Office and Google software
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff and clients
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
