Town Plan

Our team has distilled its collective gifts into one vision: a town that is designed to meet residents' needs within a five minute walk.

A place that celebrates both nature and community. A beach town in the truest sense of the word.

A five-minute walk connects residents to all retail and common areas. Whenever possible, the extensive and varied pedestrian network uses eco-friendly materials such as boardwalks, gravel, reclaimed crushed oyster shell, and shredded cedar mulch.

In addition to promenades and walking trails galore, you'll find a central amphitheater, a hilltop and oceanfront park, outdoor games and playgrounds, a Town Hall, fire pits, horseshoe pits, a heated indoor pool, and spacious Crescent Park, all of which encourage gatherings big and small.

Right in the center of town, more than a dozen boutique shops and restaurants provide the perfect destination for fine dining and entertainment - just as we envisioned from the very beginning.

The scenic coast, however, has stayed as rugged as ever during the past decade. Our beautiful stretch of oceanfront terrain is lined with wind-sculpted spruce trees and is utterly unique in Washington state. It has been a well-kept secret for decades.

Below you will find our current Seabrook map as well as the original town plan we designed back in 2004 right underneath it.
