Philanthropy

Seabrook PhilanthropyOver the past few years, Seabrook has regularly contributed to charitable events and philanthropic auctions in the area. Your active participation in charity events as Seabrook homeowners has served as an ongoing inspiration for us, and we would like to do anything possible to keep this tradition going.

As the number of homes at Seabrook grows every day, we believe that a more structured philanthropic approach would be extremely useful to both you and Seabrook. Therefore, we would like to present to you our freshly revised charitable donations campaign.

Here is what we have in mind:

  • For every homeowner that would like to donate their home to a charitable auction, Seabrook will contribute 2 hats or 2 t-shirts to your donation package as well as a complimentary housekeeping cleaning service of your beach house after your charitable stay

Have philanthropy ideas already? It is now easier than ever to submit them to us for consideration. Just scroll down and fill out the fields with your details, attach a procurement form if necessary, and we will be sure to respond to your request within a week. Please include all details about the number of attendees, the cost to attend, and, if possible, demographic information of the attendees.

If the charitable event targets a market that we feel is under-served by our marketing strategy, we will consider making a larger contribution to increase awareness in the target market.

If you have any other questions, please comment to this post or email chrism@seabrookwa.com.

We look forward to our mutual contributions to help good causes and spread the word about Seabrook at many charitable donations!

  1. Rod & Karen Krueger says:

Our grandson’s school, Sumner WA High School, is having a basketball dinner auction to raise money for their uniforms, shoes, and other sports program expenses. He is a senior and he is on the varsity team as a point guard.

Does that qualify for us to offer our Seabrook home, Four Sisters, at the auction according to your above policy? (for a weekend – off season dates only)

Rod & I only thought of checking out this idea, and the event is to take place this Saturday evening, so not sure if that will work, but thought we’d ask anyway.

There are many affluent Lake Tapps families that have children attending Sumner High School, so this would be a good marketing area for Seabrook rentals and homes.

Thank you for your consideration, and help in this matter, Chris.

  2. To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Patrick Kelly, and my wife Mindy and I will soon be joining the Seabrook community with the completion of Lot 224. We are very excited and we look forward to spending more time at Seabrook. Mid-April can’t get here fast enough!!!

I do have an idea that I think would benefit a local charity as well as enhance the bond between Seabrook owners and the Seabrook rental community. It’s a cookbook! Owners and renters could submit their favorite dishes, the entrĂ©es then arranged by category, and the cookbook could be sold at Lil’s Pantry and the gift shop. Proceeds could then be donated to a local food bank. I think a community cook book would be a great addition to every kitchen in the rental pool.

Just a thought. Can’t wait to visit.

    Patrick
