Seabrook would not be what it is today without each and every one of our homeowners! Without your support, patience, commitment, and enjoyment of our growing community, this would be an entirely different place!
All of us here at Seabrook would like to say “Thank You!” and we hope that you will join us for Homeowners Appreciation Days at the beach!
The Mill 109 Pub & Restaurant will be offering a Special Homeowner Discount good for 50% off regular menu prices on Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7.
In addition, the Seabrook Sales Office will host a special Homeowner Wine and Cheese Open House on Saturday, May 7 from 4-7pm. Stop by to enjoy a beverage and snacks with your neighbors and learn what’s new at Seabrook!

Too late…our cabin is already rented out for that weekend.
4Would love to have more notice and we didn’t get the e-mail last week. Maybe we can plan that the first weekend in May is always “owner’s weekend” and that way we can plan ahead!
I think it would be fun to do “open house” that weekend too so we can all see each other’s cute houses!

Mike & Cindy – the 50% off discount is definitely still on at the Mill 109 Restaurant & Pub. It may have been that the staff at the time wasn’t completely informed on all the details.
