Lily Walk Neighborhood Webinar

Lily Walk Neighborhood ConstructionIf you’ve had a chance to spend some time at Seabrook lately, you would have undoubtedly noticed how busy the town has been. Families walking to the beach, little children on bikes buzzing around town, and construction teams working on homes for future homeowners has been the picture at Seabrook all summer long.

One of the busiest neighborhoods has certainly been the Lily Walk neighborhood. Located just southeast of Compass Park, this new part of town has been taking shape incredibly fast. The first Lily Walk home was finished just recently and the family has already moved in!

There is a lot more to the Lily Walk neighborhood than just the homes that are sprouting up in record time. To better share with you all the details surrounding this part of Seabrook, we have scheduled a webinar for Tuesday, August 24th at 12:00pm.

Please join Casey Roloff and the Seabrook Team for this upcoming webinar.

We look forward to sharing with you the information about Lily Walk’s and Seabrook’s progress in general.

Hope to see you all at the webinar on Tuesday, August 24!

Seabrook Homeowners Celebrate Idea House Opening

August 11, 2010 By: seabrook Category: Coastal Living Idea House

Ultimate Beach House PartyNow that the 2010 Coastal Living Magazine Ultimate Beach House is open to the public, everyone can walk through it and completely experience the idea home. Nonetheless, we felt it necessary to offer our loyal Seabrook homeowners the exclusive opportunity to tour the idea house before everyone else. The opening of the Ultimate Beach House also served as an occasion to try and gather the whole Seabrook family in one place – a great way to meet your new neighbors.

On the eve of July 16 – the official opening day of the Ultimate Beach House – Seabrook welcomed over 150 homeowners and guests for a special celebratory dinner and an exclusive tour of the beach home. Many of you joined us on the red carpet for a casual meet and greet to celebrate this important milestone in Seabrook’s history. Everyone had a chance to walk around the idea house, meet with the Coastal Living Magazine and Seabrook teams behind the project, and catch up on all things coastal.

Stephen Poulakos, director of town development whom you all know well and Nicole Hendrick, Coastal Living Magazine’s idea home manager took the stage for the celebratory speech during dinner. They used the opportunity to recognize everyone’s effort and hard work toward bringing the Ultimate Beach House not only to the Washington coast, but also within walking distance from your home at Seabrook.

We were pleased that most of you were able to to come to the party and celebrate with us! In case you weren’t able to make it, let this short recap and the pictures below illustrate the fun atmosphere our Seabrook family created. Hopefully, you will find the time this summer or fall to head down to Seabrook and tour the Ultimate Beach House. You also have the chance to be the host of the idea house together with one of our homeowners, Anne Simpson. Click here to find out all the details if you’re interested in volunteering at the idea house during your visit to Seabrook.
