A New Way To Communicate!
Hello Seabrook Residents/Owners!!
I hope you all enjoyed the wonderful summer we had here in Seabrook. I thought things would slow down a little bit, but so far they really haven’t! We are, however, preparing for what could be Seabrook’s biggest year ever in 2010! As you know, it has always been a challenge getting everyone the latest information about our growing town. There is a lot of news that I want to share with you and thought this would be the best way to do it.
That is why we set up www.seabrookwa.com/owners - this will be the way to keep track of what is going on!
My team and I will be updating this blog regularly so that you have the most up to date information. In the beginning there will be a lot of information since there are many topics to get caught up on. I apologize in advance. A lot of additional capabilities will also be added to this blog with time, especially as our community grows.
In the coming weeks I will be updating you on all of the projects we are working on, from the Coastal Living Magazine Idea House to the indoor swimming pool. This is also a place where you can ask questions and make comments on any of the content. So stay tuned……

2This blog is a great addition. We just returned from a long weekend at Seabrook and it is wonderful to see all the activity that is underway and planned for the next year. Also, a big “thumbs up” to Everett, the new chef at the Cafe — terrific food all weekend.

Chris, We are excited to have you in the neighborhood soon! We know your young family will really enjoy all that Seabrook has to offer! See you in the park soon!

Exciting news. This is the ultimate use of a blog. We love hearing all the new developments in the works, bringing even more vibrancy to this amazing place. Cheers!
4I talked at length to Robyn last week. She gave me the background of Seabrook and described the community in detail. I explained to Robyn that I am an advocate of cottage/pocket communities. Unfortunately, I am priced out! (Unless I buy one of the beach cottages). What about Lily Walk? The release date was December. Is there any information on Lily Walk or the townhouses by Edgewater? I’m still hoping to get into this community!
5Amy,
Thank you for taking the interest in our beach town. We are finalizing all the details surrounding Lily Walk at the moment, and will be posting them on this blog within the next week or so. We do have one Beach Camp Cottage left, although it seems like you are looking for a slightly bigger house. It seems like the new Lily Walk neighborhood will be perfect for you, as it is a middle ground between our beach camp cottages and the bigger houses already built at Seabrook. Stay tuned for all the details right here on the blog, and we will be following up with you shortly.
Thanks again,
6-the Seabrook Team
