The Seabrook Homeowners are the heart and soul of our beach town community.

Without your support, patience, commitment,
and enjoyment of this growing community,
Seabrook would be an entirely different place!

To show our appreciation, we've planned special events and offers for Seabrook Homeowners during the weekend of May 7-8.

1. All homeowners will receive 50% off regular menu prices at the Mill 109 Pub & Restaurant on Friday & Saturday

2. The Sales Office will have an open house with wine & cheese for Seabrook homeowners on Saturday, May 7 from 4-7pm. This is a great opportunity to meet and great your neighbors and learn about the latest developments at Seabrook.

3. Participating Seabrook retailers may have special homeowner discounts on Friday & Saturday as well!

All of us here at Seabrook would like to say "Thank You!" and we hope that you will join us for a small celebration at the beach!
