Seabrook Wins Community Of The Year Award

At this year's 48th annual Pacific Coast Builders Conference in San Francisco, Seabrook was chosen from over 400 entries to receive not one, but two of PCBC's most coveted Gold Nugget Awards!

We are proud to announce that our new beach town was awarded:

Gold Nugget Award for Residential Project of the Year

Gold Nugget Award for Community Site Plan of 20 Acres or More

PCBC was launched in 1959 as a small educational conference in San Francisco. Since then, the PCBC has continuously evolved to become homebuilding's oldest and most prestigious design awards in the nation.

PCBC is a place where the building industry's most influential trendsetters gather to share ideas and information. The Gold Nugget Awards are awarded annually and are recognized as PCBC's highest honor.
