A pedestrian promenade will encircle the neighborhood - a much sought-after feature, unique to Seabrook's casual lifestyle. Many of the homes will enjoy territorial views looking eastward towards a future organic farm. An internal parking lane will surround a small mid-block park. Just east of South Alder park is the preserve area known as East Alder Park which will be outfitted with multiple cedar-mulched trails.
