Loved Solla Sollew! My son & I stayed in October for a father/son clamming trip. Beautiful area and the house was wonderful. Highly recommend for a weekend or week vacation.

My girlfriends and I went to Solla Sollew for a creative/work retreat. The house was beautifully furnished and equipped to the “t”. The beautiful surroundings provided the inspiration and distraction that was needed. Solla Sollew lives up to its name!

We fell in love with Solla Sollew when we spent a weekend there with my sister and her family in January. It snowed while we were walking on the beach and to come back to a cozy house, hot tub, and all the comforts of home was so relaxing. We had so much fun that the kids (and adults) can’t wait to come back for another escape!!

What a fabulous family weekend! We celebrated promotions, a birthday and said goodbye to our brother who is moving to Missouri. The house was so cozy – we had a blast on the beach, relaxed in the hot tub and the boys were so grateful for the Xbox 
Only problem was we only had two nights – next time we will plan a longer trip. Thank you for opening up your home.

We celebrated a sweet 16 here and enjoyed the house very much. We second the earlier suggestion of a larger kitchen garbage/recycling system. (editor note: we added a recycling bin and working on a larger trash can – thanks for the suggestion) Things we did during our weekend at the S.S.: dug for clams (got 45!!); enjoyed the hot tub; played pretend in the backyard; made delicious meals; played scrabble; had “race-offs” on the XBOX; rode around on the “cool” bikes; laughed, teased and reconnected. Thanks!

We had an awesome time! A View for Two is cute, cozy and cheerful – the perfect getaway for the weekend. Some technical difficulties, but nothing that kept us from having a good time. And what’s a cottage without some character. We look forward to seeing the future developments coming soon, and we’ll definitely come back for more fun!

Very interesting stay here. The highlight for me was the floor in the bathroom. Plusses: the quiet and seclusion. Minuses: no view; too many stairs to climb; garage has no inside access to the living quarters; garage too small and many homes are detached from living area; too far from shopping and too many stairs. Many retired people should need one-level dwellings to deal with.

Thank you for letting us stay in your charming carriage house. We thought we might get to watch a good storm. Instead we woke up to frost and a very crisp 21o. Even the clam shells on the beach were fuzzy with frost. It was good to get away from the city and enjoy the beautiful, if cold, scenery. We are certainly in the Christmas spirit now! Thanks again.

“Peaceful, elegant, comfortable homelike” are the words which best describe your quaint cottage. The view from the balcony and the sound of the surf were wonderful! We enjoyed the special thoughtful touches around the cottage to make it welcoming – including the availability of the bikes to cruise the village with. Beware of the tall shower head

We had sunny weather and about 65o. Great walks on the beach and a nice bike ride to Moclipse. Beautiful sunset from the outdoor spot. We really enjoyed our first visit to Seabrook.

First time at Seabrook and enjoyed very much. You have a lovely cottage which we felt very much at home in. It’s a shame you weren’t able to take better advantage of the view but we enjoyed it nevertheless. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Kids were away at camp, and my husband and I just wanted to escape suburbia (Sammamish) for a few days. This little carriage house was perfect – cozy, clean and plenty of amenities. Plus we loved the ocean view! We will surely be back and hopt that Seabrook will thrive in its development.

We came from England to see the sea and explore the Olympic Peninsula. We know about the rain and we weren’t disappointed, but we were rewarded with one glorious sunset. Seabrook is very attractive and we loved the cottage. Thank you for sharing it with us and best wishes for the future development.

Things we loved: Boat bed / toy room; Kitchen and its appliances; hot tub; extra blankets and towels; very well stocked!; toys / tub toys / step stool / picnic basket; XBOX and flat screen. Things we wanted: Bigger garbage cans in the house (editor note: we’re working on it!); TV in carriage house (editor note: we’re working on it!); sharper knives (editor note: DONE! Thanks for the suggestion); Regular toaster (editor note: done!) Our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) had an absolutely wonderful time at Seabrook and Solla Sollew – so much that we extended our stay for an extra day/night! The boat bed room was a big hit with the little (ok, and big) ones. We took nightly dips in the hot tub, sat on the front porch and read, took bike rides around the neighborhood, walked down to the beach and had picnics and were trying to find ways to give up our former lives to relocate here. Thank you for the chance to experience this new beach town in such a fun and memorable way. We will be back again!

Came to Seabrook for my birthday. This cottage was just perfect – beautiful beach, weather sunny, cool at night and just what the doctor ordered. Had so much fun, trying to fly my new kite. This will become a regular place to visit.

Thanks so much for sharing your lovely carriage house. It was love at first sight and I thought we would have many opportunities to return to this exact house, but after talking to the sales office, we find out that you will be building a house out in front and that the carriage house will no longer be available after that. So, we’ll take advantage of it as long as we can. You will have the perfect view when it’s done!

We decided to come here spur of the moment when our other plans were snowed out. We had a choice between this place and a larger house but couldn’t talk our daughter and friend into coming. So we were pleasantly surprised by all this tiny treasure offered. We had wonderful meals using an electric frying pan. Who knew!? We also learned the story of why the View for Two doesn’t take advantage of the view; that on had us stumped! I am sure your house will be wonderful once it’s built. We love Seabrook – it’s our third time out and hope to come out here again. The weather was perfect! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time. Found 1 glass globe – Yea and a fishing net to take home for our own “beach”. 5 adults and 4 kids – enough room for all. Hot tub was great. Dropped 2 bottles into the ocean with our address so whoever finds it can drop us a line. The kids love waiting a reply. Well stocked kitchen.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your house this weekend! We are a group of teachers/school faculty enjoying a “girls weekend” at the start of our spring break. We spent a wonderful 2 nights here, playing games, reading, walking and enjoying the hot tub! We could not have chosen a more beautiful or perfect house for this weekend and we so appreciate the opportunity to stay here. We will definitely come back to Seabrook!

We felt like we were “home” in your beautiful beach cottage! It was as if it was decorated just for us. We must be kindred spirits. We loved the beachy theme right down to the nautical touches, the blue walls, and even the Coastal Living Magazines. Thanks for sharing your little bit of beach paradise with us!

Spring Break – We had a wonderful time here at Solla Sollew. We went on Midnight bike rides, nature walks through the woods and to the beach. We loved the house, especially the boat bed Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was a very relaxing spring break.
