Beach Time was the first Seabrook home we toured four weeks ago, and thanks in part to your wonderful, cozy decoration. We just signed the papers this week to become Seabrook owners over on lot #101. We’re staying here this weekend to celebate and try out actually being here over the whole weekend. You’ve done a fabulous job with the place. Our 16-month-old daughter, Mia, loves it. Best wishes and hope to meet you sometime.

Wow – what a fantastic beach house. We love the décor and the house had everything we needed and good quality too! The “extras” were extra special, like the robes, the picnic basket, games, umbrellas, etc. I hope that everyone who stays here respects and takes good care of this place as it is very obvious a lot of pride and love went into this home. We can’t wait to get home and book another stay for the summer. We are even planning on painting our kitchen and dining this adorable color of yellow! Thank you so much.

Your house is beautiful! We so needed to get away and this fit the bill perfectly!! Our son loved the kids’ room with the bunk bed, Playstation, and his own TV (going home will be hard). Everything was done to perfection! We would love to come back! Thank you!

Thank you Todd and John for sharing Beach Time with us. Our 50th wedding anniversary experience was especially enjoyable in your light, bright, warm and cozy home. We explored Seabrook and came to appreciate each and every aspect. This will soon be a premier destination on the Northwest coastline. Those who follow us must dine at Ocean Crest. A 5-star restaurant in the same family for decades. Of course, the trails and beach are the crown jewels. Thanks again and please plan to accept our offer to use our cabin at Cigate Beach, Oregon.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Time! We spent a whole day driving north on 101, with all the attractions on the way, it was very nice. Ruby Beach was beautiful. We also stopped at The Big Tree – wow! What a sight! We will be back soon!.

What a special time the five of us had exploring this lovely area. The beach and ocean are always favorite places for us. We enjoyed taking many walks in the growing neighborhood and exploring the many beautiful paths to the beach. Your home is delightful. Thank you for a beautifully furnished and very well-equipped house. The robes, towels, extra blankets and tons of pillows were wonderful. We have rented in the past with family many times, but have yet to have rented a house this nice. Seabrook will be beautiful when it is finished. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home. The beach was gorgeous!

“This place is awesome!” said the 5-year-old. “Oh Mommy, look at that!” said the 4 year old. “Even better in person!” said Mommy. What a fabulous house and decorations – so warm and inviting. I don not think I could have found a better place for a family retreat. The autumn weather proved excellent – crisp mornings, gorgeous afternoons and amazing sunsets. There was time for everything – fishing, picnic on the beach, leisurely bike rides, golf, salmon dinners and a trip to the casino. The entire family enjoyed themselves, from the little ones to the oldest. Your home is beautiful and ideal for a break away from the daily grind. Our hope is to make this a new family tradition. Happy Thanksgiving! What a fun place to stay with family – all of us! We love all the TVs to watch as much football as humanly possible in one weekend. By the way, the Cougs won the Apple Cup! The kitchen accommodated four women, making Thanksgiving dinner without a problem. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

After researching the many cottage rentals at Seabrook (on line), I picked Beach Time because of its beautiful décor, hot tub, wood-burning fireplace and master bedroom in the attic. Being a single mom, this was a much-needed getaway! I brought three teenage girls with me, and they loved the plasmas and used the hot tub over and over, as well as riding the bikes all over the neighborhood. Being able to barbeque every night for dinner, as well as attempting to keep the fire going in the fire pit, was awesome! At the end of your day, make sure you visit the restaurant, Café Tashtego, on the corner. They have a wonderful selection of wines. We won’t miss the hammers at 7 AM, though Of course we’ll return again soon!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us! My husband and I are here on our “babymoon” as we are expecting a little boy – our first!! – on June 18. Based on the amount of kicks I received during our stay, I would say the little guy approves! We haven’t been together as a family in almost ten years! We made wonderful memories here – good food, good conversations, sitting in the hot tub, riding bikes on the beach, watching movies together as we celebrated Mother’s Day and Heidi’s 25th birthday! This cottage was a wonderful place to relax, have fun and make the best of memories – you’ve done a great job at making it so hospitable. We hope to be back soon!

What a great place! We heard of Seabrook from Sarah Robison and Nikki Wessleman who stayed in this cottage in April, but had seven kids between the two of them and must have gotten too busy to write! But word of mouth is great. We love the decorations and hominess of the cottage! This was a very special weekend celebrating Mother’s Day and my 25th birthday, together on the same day. Happened five years ago in 2003! Thanks so much again! Awesome getaway! Would love to come back!

Whole extended family (29 of us) came together in Seabrook to memorialize the life of #30, who died just a year ago. We are back! Last year we came for Mother’s Day weekend. This year we came for Father’s Day! We invited some friends this time to show off what a great place this is and they loved it! We were happy to see that the house was taken care of, and it was as comfortable as last time with the addition of the fire pit, and gas barbeque! The weather was perfect all weekend and the kids were so sad to leave. It was difficult to explain to our 3-year-old that we didn’t live here and had to go back to our “real” home. Our next trip will be soon. Our 10-year-old is even planning on having some friends come with her to celebrate her birthday here! ‘Till next time!

This is a beautiful house! So close to the beach! The weather started out like November, but it turned out nice and sunny. Everything was just absolutely great! I love the s’more stuff that they left for us to use. It was nice sitting by the fire! All of the people working here were very hospitable! I would love to come back next summer!

Your home is great! It is very comfortable and has everything that we needed. We enjoyed our visit from Arizona along with my parents from Seattle. Your home was an amazing place for us to gather. Two families – four adults, two teens, and an almost 7-year-old and a 2-year-old. The space worked out marvelously for all of us. The cottage has such a cozy vibration, so nicely decorated and maintained. I came after a personal hardship and needed physical and emotional recuperation. Your home allowed the respite I needed and craved. My parents joined me for the end of our short stay. Many of the other homes simply do not have comfortable accommodations for two adult families and children. The layout afforded comfort, privacy and relaxation.
