Doggie Days Picture Review

Seabrook Doggie Days ShowFor the 4th year in a row, Seabrook's Doggie Days proved to be one of the most enjoyable events held at Seabrook. Over 50 dog owners showed up with their pups for a day of fun and games on Crescent Park and had a great time. This year's Doggie Days was organized by one of our homeowners, Ann Kjelsberg, who is opening a doggie shop at Seabrook over the summer. Doggies from all different breeds and sizes took part in shows, games, contests, and won prizes in many categories including - smartest dog, best trained dog, fastest eating dog, etc. The weather could not have been more perfect as a bunch of well-dressed pouches ruled over Seabrook all weekend. This year's record attendance was a great preview for "Salty Dog", the new Seabrook doggie gift shop that will be opening its doors very soon. Seabrook Doggie Days ShowIf you didn't have a chance to join us last weekend, you're definitely in the right place! Below is a very cute slideshow of most dogs gracing Seabrook with their presence for the 2010 Doggie Days. A big thanks to everyone that shared their pictures with us, it was great meeting so many cute pups on the park. For those of you planning a trip to Seabrook in the coming months, check out our events calendar for upcoming fun happenings on the Washington Coast. Enjoy the pictures!

We had a blast at the 2010 Doggie Days. The photo of the Jack Russell standing on his hind legs is our dog. His name is Lucky. He won the "Fastest Eater" award in his size group. He loves peanut butter!! His sister "Kiley" (also photographed) won "Best Trick and Best Kisser". We are very proud of both of our kids. Thank you "The Salty Dog" for a great memory. We hope to visit in late September 2011 before we move to Japan. See you soon.
