Seabrook Foundation

Each time a home is bought or sold in Seabrook, 1% of gross sales go back to the larger communities around Seabrook through the Seabrook Community Foundation. The Foundation supports schools, emergency services, animal welfare, food banks, and other programs that support community health and wellness. The Foundation board is comprised of local residents and Seabrook homeowners who are passionate about the people, local history and overall well-being of the North Beach community and Grays Harbor County.

The Foundation strives to leverage its resources with other organizations focused on similar goals and objectives and therefore encourages applicants to look for other sources of support to combine with a Seabrook Community Foundation grant. The Foundation can only make grants to 501c3 organizations for programs operating within Grays Harbor County. The Board meets quarterly to review applications. Application deadlines are as follows:
